
Echinacea Tea Jelly – Immune-Boosting Remedy

A soothing, immune-supporting jelly infused with echinacea, rich in collagen from Solara Gelatine.
🛒 Ingredients:
- 500ml (2 cups) echinacea tea (brewed from dried echinacea or echinacea tea bags)
- 3 tbsp pure maple syrup (or to taste)
- 15g (1.5 tbsp) Solara Gelatine
- 50ml (¼ cup) cold water
- Juice of ½ a lemon (for extra vitamin C & flavor)
- Optional: ½ tsp grated ginger for additional warmth
📌 Directions:
1️⃣ Bloom the Gelatine
- In a small bowl, sprinkle 15g of Solara Gelatine over 50ml of cold water.
- Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until fully bloomed.
2️⃣ Brew the Echinacea Tea
- Steep 2 tbsp dried echinacea flowers or 2 echinacea tea bags in 500ml of hot water for 10 minutes.
- Strain and stir in maple syrup while warm.
3️⃣ Dissolve the Gelatine
- Add the bloomed gelatine into the warm echinacea tea (not boiling).
- Stir continuously until fully dissolved and smooth.
4️⃣ Set the Jelly
- Pour into small ramekins, silicone molds, or a shallow tray.
- Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 3-4 hours until firm.
5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy
- Remove from molds or slice into cubes if using a tray.
- Enjoy chilled for a delicious, soothing immune boost.

✔ For a firmer jelly, increase gelatine to 20g.
✔ Add grated ginger for an extra warming effect.
✔ Best enjoyed at the first sign of a cold for immune support.
