However, we understand that on rare occasions, items may be damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@mysticallywell.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review the situation promptly and arrange a suitable resolution.

- We cannot accept returns for reasons related to taste, personal preference, or change of mind.
- Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
