Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. Please note: during peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

We currently ship to 28 destinations across the UK, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Canada:

United Kingdom: United Kingdom, Channel Islands (Guernsey, Jersey)

Europe: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden

Asia: Hong Kong, Singapore

Middle East: United Arab Emirates

North America: Canada

We do not currently ship to the United States. More destinations coming soon. 

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. Free tracked shipping is available on all orders over £75.

As we are a UK-based company, international orders (including EU) ship on a DDU basis (duties unpaid). This means local VAT and/or import duties may be charged by your country's customs authority upon delivery. These fees are not included in the checkout total and are the customer's responsibility.

If your order has not reached you within 3 weeks, please contact us at info@mysticallywell.com and a member of our team will respond within 3 working days.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update. If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days, contact us at info@mysticallywell.com.

 

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. Mystically Well is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, natural occurrences, or carrier delays. Any incorrect shipping information provided at checkout is the customer's responsibility.

 

Damaged or Lost Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mysticallywell.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will assess and arrange a suitable resolution. We are not responsible for lost packages where the shipping address provided was incorrect.
