The story behind Solara...

I’m Maisy Healey – founder of Mystically Well, naturopath and herbalist-in-training, with a deep love for ancestral nutrition, skin health, and ritual.

Everything started on my Instagram, @mysticallywell, where I began sharing my own journey with bovine gelatine, collagen, and “jelly instead of Botox.” What began as simple recipes and education around gut health and glow has now reached over 60 million people.

As my community grew, so did a clear need: a pure, transparent, rigorously tested collagen and gelatine people could genuinely trust. When I couldn’t find a brand that met my standards – pasture-raised, independently tested for heavy metals, and completely free from flavours, sweeteners, and fillers – I decided to create one.

That’s how Solara was born.

The name Solara comes from “solar” – inspired by the healing, regulating energy of the sun. Just as sunlight supports our circadian rhythm, hormones, and overall vitality, Solara is designed to support your body from within through daily, nourishing ritual.
