On my third or fourth of these now. Absolutely love them. Love that it’s British made by what seems like a lovely women. Really reasonably priced, brilliantly ethically sourced and quick delivery. Plus the packaging is really cute 💕

I am loving both the collagen and gelatine, so easy to have in hot drinks etc. I love that they are heavy metal tested and such a clean product. The packaging is also beautiful 🩶

Really good , lucky enough to be chatting to Maisy on a flight with her glowing skin , fabulous hair why would I not want to try this product , rapid delivery , large pouch of collagen, perfect mixed in drinks with no lumps and no flavour .,would definitely recommend.also tried creating gelatine marshmallow treats .., first attempt ok .. but looking forward to mastering the recipes.. The collagen has a much stronger flavour than other brands I’ve used. The gelatine I used exactly as advised on the packaging mixing it in a hot drink. It didn’t mix in just needed up as a sticky mess in the bottom of the mug. Tried again a couple of times with cooler and hotter drinks - same result.
Store owner replied: Hi Sarah, thank you for your feedback. Our collagen is bovine rather than marine, which can have a slightly different natural flavour depending on what people are used to. Regarding the gelatine — it does need to be bloomed first before adding to hot liquids. If it’s added directly into a hot drink it can clump, which sounds like what may have happened here. The easiest method is to sprinkle it over a small amount of cool water first, let it sit for about a minute, then add your warm drink and stir. THE BEST GELATIN & COLLAGEN EVER
The gelatine is amazing, blooms beautifully and makes lovely gellies and a great addition to soup or stews. The collagen is also great, sometimes it doesn’t dissolve as easily in a cup of coffee and it leaves residue on the bottom but overall a wonderful product to add in yogurt, porridge, smoothies etc. Two high end products in my opinion to boost and add to health next to healthy foods and healthy habits.

I am having an issue using this product. I am not sure how to make the marshmallow as it is not coming out correctly. I can't miss this in anything without it clumping. Not very happy about this.
Store owner replied: Hello joy! I’m So sorry you are having trouble using the gelatine to make marshmallows. One key thing about gelatine is that it must be “Bloomed” before use. Are you making sure to do this step? “Blooming” means to add 3X the weight of the amount of gelatine you have used in cold water & waiting 10-15 minutes for it to absorb. E.g. for 5g of gelatine, you would need to add at least 15ml of water & wait 10-15 minutes. Are you doing this step? Here is a sample marshmallow recipe with lots of detailed instructions if you’d like to try again! 🍁 Maple Marshmallows (8x8 pan) Ingredients • 3 tbsp (45 ml) cold water (for blooming) • 15 g Solara bovine gelatine (about 1½ packets) • 120 ml (½ cup) water (for syrup base) • 160–180 ml (⅔ cup) pure maple syrup • Pinch of mineral salt • Optional: ½ tsp vanilla extract ⸻ Instructions 1. Bloom the gelatine •Place the 3 tbsp cold water in a small bowl. • Sprinkle the gelatine over the top and let it sit 10–15 minutes to absorb and swell (it will look spongey). 2. Make the maple syrup base • In a small saucepan, add 120 ml water and 160–180 ml maple syrup with a pinch of salt. • Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat. Let it bubble steadily for about 6–8 minutes, until slightly thickened. 3. Melt the gelatine • Add the bloomed gelatine to the hot maple syrup mixture. • Stir gently until the gelatine fully dissolves. 4.Whip into marshmallow fluff • Pour the hot mixture into a large mixing bowl (stand mixer works best). • Beat on high speed for 8–10 minutes, until it turns very light, fluffy, and tripled in volume. • Add vanilla (if using) in the last minute. 5. Set the marshmallows • Grease or line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment. • Spread the marshmallow mixture evenly into the pan. Smooth the top with a spatula. • Leave at room temperature for 4–6 hours (or overnight) to set.
